Passion Projects
Beyond my core consulting work, I am passionate about nurturing the next generation of risk management and insurance professionals. Through partnerships with higher education institutions, I help enrich RMI programs and support students on their path from college to career.
A key initiative is the RMI Professional Development Academy I created. Participating students gain soft skills, cultural competencies, and exposure to a variety of roles within the RMI discipline. With the support of generous industry professionals who partner with me, students get a real-world glimpse into the day-to-day responsibilities of various RMI career paths. This helps them connect their classroom learning to tangible career opportunities that align with their interests and aspirations.
Also, I am a volunteer with Spencer Educational Foundation as a Risk Manager of Campus, annually.
